CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 76 - ~~ by : G%~ AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM MIXED USE DISTRICT, GENERAL RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT AND LIMITED INDUSTRY DISTRICT TO B RESIDENCE DISTRICT. WHEREAS, it appears that the zoning that applies to the below described real property is improper under the conditions presently existing and inadec{uate for the development and use of this land, and WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the Planning Commission of this City, on the 14th day of September, 1976, recommended approval of the change of the district herein specified: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION l: That after submission of this Ordinance to the. Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of this City, entitled "The Council - Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City and its approval by the Mayor of this City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended, and as amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following described parcels of land from Mixed Use District to B Residence District as respects the land described in Section 1(A) hereof; and from General Retail Business District to B Residence District as respects the land described in Section 1(B) hereof; and from Limited Industry District to B Residence District as respects the land described in Section 1(C) hereof: (A) Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and being part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 2, Tract No. 6 and being bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of said Original Lot No. 2 distance Northerly 500 feet by right angle measure from the center line of Lorain Road (80 feet wide); Thence, South 49°00'00" West parallel to the center line of Lorain Road and 500 feet Northerly therefrom 932.29 feet to a point in the Easterly line of land conveyed to Parkway Country Club, Inc. by deed recorded in Volume 10683, Page 43 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records;
