._ ~. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 76 - ~~ <br />by : G%~ <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT <br />OF THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE <br />ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />BY CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREINAFTER <br />DESCRIBED FROM MIXED USE DISTRICT, GENERAL <br />RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT AND LIMITED <br />INDUSTRY DISTRICT TO B RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the zoning that applies to the below <br />described real property is improper under the conditions presently <br />existing and inadec{uate for the development and use of this land, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the Planning Commission <br />of this City, on the 14th day of September, 1976, recommended <br />approval of the change of the district herein specified: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That after submission of this Ordinance to the. <br />Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, <br />and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given <br />pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of this City, <br />entitled "The Council - Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and Regulations, <br />Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City <br />and its approval by the Mayor of this City of North Olmsted, the <br />Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended, and as amended be and <br />the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following <br />described parcels of land from Mixed Use District to B Residence <br />District as respects the land described in Section 1(A) hereof; and <br />from General Retail Business District to B Residence District as <br />respects the land described in Section 1(B) hereof; and from Limited <br />Industry District to B Residence District as respects the land <br />described in Section 1(C) hereof: <br />(A) Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and being part of Original Olmsted <br />Township Lot No. 2, Tract No. 6 and being bounded and <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of said <br />Original Lot No. 2 distance Northerly 500 feet by right <br />angle measure from the center line of Lorain Road (80 feet <br />wide); <br />Thence, South 49°00'00" West parallel to the center line <br />of Lorain Road and 500 feet Northerly therefrom 932.29 <br />feet to a point in the Easterly line of land conveyed to <br />Parkway Country Club, Inc. by deed recorded in Volume 10683, <br />Page 43 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records; <br /> <br />
