ORDINANCE N0. 76 - 156 AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, FOR THE YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1976. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCfL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Finance Director be and he is hereby authorized and directed to transfer appropriations as follows: RECREATION COMPLEX FUND FROM T0: DEBT SERUICE ...............$56,900 WAGES...................$24,000 REPAIR & MAINT.......... 1,500 INSURANCE ............... 28,000 REFUNDS ................. 300 SALES TAX ............... 3,100 Section 2. That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. Section 3. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the exepnditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided, further that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. Section 4. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IU, Section 12, of the Charter of the Cit/y of North Olmsted/.
