CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 76 - /aS-"y1 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT <br />FOR COMPUTER SERVICES WITH THE REGIONAL <br />TAX AGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the bookkeeping equipment being used by the Department <br />of Finance is obsolete and, <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of Council and Administration to <br />replace said equipment with the rental of computer service time and, <br />WHEREAS, the Regional Income Tax Agency has computer facilities <br />as well as the capability to furnish services to the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to <br />enter into an agreement with the Regional Income Tax Agency for <br />computer services including but not limited to: Budgetary Accounting, <br />Payroll/Personnel, Sewer and other various assessment billings, and <br />other needs of the municipality which lend themselves to such <br />service. Said Agreement shall be on an item price basis similar <br />to the approximate prices quoted by letter of October 1, 1976 from <br />Regional Income Tax Agency signed by Ray R.
