~'' <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76 -~~~ <br />BY: <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE <br />DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO <br />ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE <br />PURCHASE OF TWO (2) AUTOMOBILES <br />TO BE USED BY THE MUNICIPAL <br />BUS LINE. <br />N049, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be <br />and he is hereby au~orized to advertise for bids for two (2) <br />new automobiles to be used by the Municipal Bus Line, said bids <br />shall be in accordance with the specifications now on file in <br />the office of the Director of Public Service and that upon <br />approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized <br />to enter into a contract and execute the same on behalf of the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect <br />and be in force rom and after the earliest period allowed by <br />law. <br />PASSED: ~- <br />ATTEST: ' <br />Nora T.
