4 ~r • ,, ` <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 76 -~,~ls''' <br />Page 3. <br />(G) Automobile supply stores, automobile showrooms and lots <br />for the sale of second-hand motor vehicles provided <br />such lot is located immediately adjacent to a lot on <br />which an automobile showroom is located and both are <br />controlled by the same person. <br />(H) Gasoline service stations and automobile laundries <br />provided that: <br />1. No part of the lot upon which the same is located <br />is withinf_ive hundred (500) feet of any lot <br />occupied by an existing church, public or private <br />school, playground, park, library, public building, <br />or building of. institutional occupancy, except <br />where that distance is intersected by a street <br />at least sixty (60) feet in width. <br />(I) Bowling alleys, dance halls, pool and billiard parlors, <br />skating rinks, indoor theatres, assembly halls or <br />other sport or recreation centers provided the build- <br />ing in which it operates is sufficiently sound in- <br />sulated to confine effectively the noise to within <br />the building so used. <br />(J) Advertising signs which advertise only the services <br />furnished or products dispensed or sold on the premises <br />and complying with Section 1225.02. <br />(K) An accessory use customarily incident to a primary use <br />described in this section." <br />SECTION 2: That Section 1173.02, as previously adopted, and <br />any o~Tit 'er~rdinance or parts of_ Ordinances in conflict herewith are <br />hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That the Clerk of this Council be, and she is, hereby <br />directe to cause a notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given <br />pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter <br />of this City. <br />SECTION 4: That after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning <br />Commissio of_ the City for its opinion and recommendation, and after <br />public hearing as specified in Section 3 hereof, and after its passage <br />pursuant to the Charter of this City, the Zoning Code of the City of <br />North Olmsted shall be amended as specified in Section 1 hereof. <br />SECTION 5: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from <br />and after tFie earliest period allowed by law. <br />First Reading: ,gyp-,S- ~~ <br />Ref. to Planning ommission: <br />,/' Approved isapproved <br />Second Reading: /o--/~.p' <br />Second Reading as ~mende <br />Public Hearing: ~„~•y-7` -~/DA~Al <br />Passed: ~ ~/~/~z,C <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ <br />N , <br />APPROVED : ~,'~„ /.2~ /~~ <br />~~~~ <br />
