Guaranty Trust Comapa~ of New York, as Trustee under said Mortgage and Deed of Trust and Supplemental Indentures, does hereby release and discharge from the lien of said Mortgage and Deed of Trust and of said Indentures, the permanent rights and easement hereinafter 'described in the parcel of land hereinafter described in which the reference "Grantor" means and refers to The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company, its successors and assigns and the reference "Grantees" means and refers to the City of North Olmsted and the City of Cleveland and their respective successors and assigns, to wit: "right and easement to constrict, install, maintain, operate, repair, renew and remove an eight (8") inch cement lined ductile iron water line and all necessary a enances, at a depth of not less than two and one-half (22' feet below the surface of the ground, in, over and across the following described strip of land ten (10') feet in width: SituP,ted in the City of North 0].msted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Olmsted Town- ship Lot No. 9, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the Nor'therlymost corner of Sublot No. 122 in the City Line Estates Resubdivi.sion as recorded in Volume 216, Pages ~+7 and 48 of Cuyahoga County Map Recor~.s; Thence south 650 22' ~+7" East along the Northeasterly line of said Sublot No. 122 a distance of 10.00 feet to a point; Thence North 53° 52' 06" East a distance of 27~+.~+5 feet to the Southwesterly corner of Sublot No. 111C in the Bretton Ridge Subdivision No. kA as recorded i.n Volume 195, Pages 52, 53, and 54 of the Cuyahoga County Map Records Thence 650 48' 02" West along the Northwesterly projection of the Southwesterly line of said Sublot No. 111C, said line also being the Southwesterly line of a parcel of land conveyed to Marie P.
