p!N,xa <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76- ~.~~ <br />BY: <br />A RE OLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR A NEW <br />AUTOMOBILE TO BE USED BY THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT <br />WHEREAS, this Council and Administration has determined <br />that the vehicles presently being used in the Engineering <br />Department are in a state of disrepair and it is now <br />necessary to replace one of said vehicles with a new vehicle. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECT TON 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he <br />is hereby aunt ior'ized to advertise for bids for the purchase of <br />a new vehicle for use in the City o£ North Olmsted, all in <br />accordance with the plans and specifications now on file in the <br />office of the City Engineer, and that upon approval by the Board <br />of Control, the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of <br />North Olmsted for the said purchase of a vehicle for use in the <br />Engineering Department. <br />SECfiION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force from an~c after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : .S /~~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />~:~ <br />~~ <br />N IL , R F IL <br />APPR VED: ~~/S--'~ <br /> <br /> <br />
