NO. 480 ,SECTION 25.40/0.00 Lorain/Cuyahoga COUNTY, OHIO ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT These articles of agreement, entered into this day of seventy-six ,nineteen hundred and by City of North Olmsted and the Department of Transportation, State of Ohio, Witnesseth: That City of North Olmsted for and in consideration of the sum of __Two hundred seventy five---------and no/100-----------Dollars ~$ 275.00 ~ to paid by the State of Ohio, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby authorize the Director of Transportation of the State of Ohio or his duly authorized agents or contractors to enter upon and use land hereinafter described as Parcel No. 51A-Tl ~ during the period beginning with the breaking of ground for the construction of the above highway improvement, and terminating when the completed work has been fully accepted by the Director of Transportation, for the purpose of performing the work necessarylll~ Grading in accordance with plans and specifiptions prepared by the Ohio Department of Transportation. PARCEL NO. 51 A-T-1 Being a parcel of land situated in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, Township, Section side Town Range and lying on the _ of a survey, made by the Department of Transportation and recorded in Book 215 p~ 53 , 54 , of the records of Cuyahoga County and being located within the following described points in the boundary thereof: Situated in the City of North Olmsted County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Parcel No. 3 in the survey for Arthur G, and B.E. Doethlaff of Parcels No. 1 to 5 inclusive, of part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 8, Tract No. 6, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 170 of Maps, Page 39 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being further described as follows: Beginning in the centerline of Barton Road at the northeasterly corner of the aforesaid Parcel No. 3; thence North 88 degrees 46' 03" West a distance of 49.64 feet to the princiapl place of beginning; Thence South 02 degrees 16' 27" West a distance of 10.54 feet; Thence North 89 degrees 25' 32" West a distance of 365.13 feet to a point in the Grantor's westerly property line; Thence North 02 degrees 55' 37" East along the Grantor's westerly property line, a distance of 14.74 feet to a point; Thence South 88 degrees 46' 03" East a distance of 364.88 feet to the principal place of beginning.
