CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />o <br />RESOLUTION N0, 76- 9~ <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE FOWLER SUBDIVISION IN <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Fowler Subdivision was approved <br />by the Planning Commission on June 9, 1976, and referred to <br />Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision includes a combination of three <br />parcels, namely, Permanent Parcel No, 233-21-64, 233-21-65, and <br />233-21-66, into two parcels located in the vicinity of 5623 Wellesley <br />Avenue, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with resolutions and ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council having been advised of the <br />approva o t e Planning Commission of the plat of the Fowler <br />Subdivision, and also having been advvsed by the City Engineer <br />that it meets the rec{uirements o.f the resolutions and ordinances <br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, hereby approves said plat <br />for recording purposes only,. <br />SECT TON 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force from an after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED; <br />ATTEST; <br />oxa t ~ # er o, ounce <br />APPR VED: ~/~! aL <br />tl~.~.~1 <br />a p ristman, ayor <br />~ ~~,~~.. <br /> <br />~~ <br />(/ -_ <br />Jje p , re t o ounce <br />~.~...~.,~,.K~ ,~ ~~ , . , <br />
