CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BY: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 76 -~~' <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE LUDWIG A. ZOLDESY <br />SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Ludwig A. Zoldesy Subdivision <br />was approved by the Planning Commission on May 25, 1976, <br />and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivsion includes a divsion of_ one lot <br />into two lots, namely Permanet Parcel No. 234-12-15, located <br />on Barton Road, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance with resolutions and ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council having been advised of <br />the approva3.: o~tTie Planning Commission of the plat of the <br />Ludwig A.
