. . , 7~ ~z- <br />., <br /> <br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />June 1, 1976 <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO: <br />The undersigned, as fiscal officer of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, as defined by Revised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies as follows <br />in connection with your proposed issue of notes and bonds for the purpose of <br />paying the cost of replacing and repairing concrete sidewalks in accordance <br />with Resolution Nos. 74-114, 74-115, 74-116 and 74-117, adopted July 16, 1974: <br />1. That the estimated life of the property proposed to be acquired <br />from the proceeds of said issue is hereby certified to be at least five years. <br />2. That the maximum maturity of such bonds calculated in accordance <br />with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code is twenty years, but <br />by reason of the fact that the assessments to pay the property owners' portion <br />of the cost of said improvement will be levied for five years, the maximum <br />maturity of such bonds may not exceed five years. <br />3. The maximum maturity of notes issued in anticipation of such <br />bonds is five years from the date of the notes originally issued for such <br />purpose, viz.
