,rte <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. ,~ -,,` <br />8Y G%~. • <br />A `OR ANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION OF <br />'SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 234-23-54 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR Sidewalks <br />AND QECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />Sidewalks. <br />WHEREAS, Pate Homes of 29484 Bretton Ridge Road <br />have paid the sum of $11.84 in payment of said special assessments, in advance, <br />for the tax years 19 76#1f~f~E~ inclusive, together with accrued interest <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 234-23-54 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOV, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and d i rected to cancer for the years 197 6 ~#i~i~~''### i nc 1us i ve <br />assessments in full for, Sidewalks. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 19 76 ~~~##, inclusive, amounting to <br />$ 11.84 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />esergenry measure necessary for the preservation of the pubic peace, health <br />and r+elfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 234-23-54 for Sidewalks. <br />Section 5; Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />frow and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSE6: ~ IO <br />ATTEST: /~ <br />G~`-mot/. <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED • ~{'~ 8~1,L <br />or <br />res d n of ou <br />
