,.~.~~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 7~'-f~ <br />BY G~~• _ <br />ORDI CE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION OF <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 235-8-9 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR STORM SEWER <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />Storm Sewer. <br />WHEREAS, Shore West of McKenzie Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 361.86 in payment of said special assessments, in advance, <br />for the tax years ig 76 through 1978, inclusive, together with accrued interest <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No, 235-8-9 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1976 through 19 78, inclusive <br />assessments in full for, Storm Sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 19 76 through 1978 inclusive, amounting to <br />$361.86 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this.Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 235-8-9 for Storm Sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSEB• <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ -~ ~ <br />Clerk df Council re i nt cil <br />APPROVED: s~/~/~G <br />C= , <br />yor <br />
