~~~r: <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />~y RESOLUTION NO. 76 - ~! <br />B Y : /u- , ' <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICES TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />THE INSTALLATION OF 860 LINEAL FEET OF 12" <br />CONCRETE STORM SEWER PIPE ON THE SOUTH <br />SIDE OF MILL ROAD BETWEEN PORTER ROAD AND <br />DOVER ROAD IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, This council and the administration realize that <br />there exists a storm water problem on Mill Road due to the lack <br />of adequate storm sewers, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this council upon the <br />recommendation of the City Engineer to install a 12" concrete <br />storm sewer pipe from Porter Road Easterly, approximately 860 <br />feet. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Services be and he <br />is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the installation <br />of approximately 860 feet of 12 inch concrete storm sewer pipe <br />for the South side of Mill Road between Porter Road and Dover <br />Road, which shall be in accordance with plans and specifications <br />now on file in his office and that upon approval by the Board of <br />Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract <br />and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and be <br />in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~~ <br />ATTEST: /~~ ~ ~ic~ • <br />NORA T.
