•° <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 76 - 40 <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS <br />AND MAKING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR <br />CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES FOR <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO FOR THE <br />YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1976, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the Finance Director be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to transfer appropriations as follows: <br />BUS FUND <br />Wages ................$6,300 <br />FROM <br />Hospitalization.........$6,300 <br />TO <br />RECREATION COMPLEX <br />Wages ................$15,000 Services................$15,000 <br />Section 2. That to provide for current expenses and other <br />expenditures of the said City of North Olmsted during the year ending <br />December 31, 1976, the following additional sums be and they are hereby set <br />aside and appropriated as foitows: <br />SHARING FUND: <br />Section 3. That there be appropriated from the REVENUE <br />REVENUE SHARING FUND <br />General hospitalization ......................$ 600 <br />Engineering hospitalization .................. 400 <br />Service hospitalization ...................... 9,200 <br />Totai ...................$10,200 <br />Section 4. That the Clerk of Councii shall immediately forward <br />an attested copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 5. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized <br />to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the <br />foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers <br />therefor, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, <br />or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided <br />that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to <br />persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. <br />Provided, further that the appropriations for contingencies can only be <br />expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense <br />constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other <br />than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. <br />Section 6.
