<br /> <br />The salaries of the above employees of the Recreation Center, with <br />the exception of the Recreation Center Manager, shall be determined <br />by the Recreation Center Manager, subject to confirmation by the <br />Recreation Commission according to examination, reputation, ex- <br />perience, education, .and knowledge in their field of specialty <br />or undertaking. Salaries for all of the above positions, including <br />that of the Recreation Center Manager shall be approved by the <br />Safety Director of the City of North Olmsted. All salaries paid <br />to the employees of the Recreation Center shall be on a bi-weekly <br />basis. <br />SECTION 2: That the full-time employees listed in Section <br />1 hereof shall receive as a longevity increment the sum of Twenty- <br />five Dollars ($25.00). This longevity increment shall be payable <br />over and above any annual salary or hourly salary paid to said <br />employees at the rate of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) for each and <br />every year said employees have been continually employed by the City <br />of North Olmsted, and said sum shall be paid on each anniversary <br />date of employment. <br />SECTION 3: That all full-time employees as designated in <br />Section 1 hereof shall receive the following holidays off unless <br />requested to work by the Director of Safety in emergencies, and <br />shall receive the regular rate of pay: <br />Independence Day <br />New Year's Day <br />Memorial Day <br />Labor Day <br />Thanksgiving Day <br />Christmas Day <br />Presidents' Day <br />Employee's Birthday <br />Floating Holiday <br />SECTION 4: That all full time employees as listed in <br />Section 1 hereof s~iall be entitled to an annual vacation in <br />accordance with the following schedule: <br />2 weeks vacation after 1 year full time service <br />3 weeks vacation after 7 years full time service <br />4 weeks vacation after 15 years full time service. <br /> <br />.. <br />• , .C:ITY OF NORTH OLMS ~D { <br />ORDINANCE NO. 76 6 <br />Page 2 <br />SECTION 5: That the City shall pay to a maximum amount <br />of Seven Hun red Fifty-seven Dollars and Forty-four Cents ($757.44) <br />per year towards the cost of a family hospitalization plan with <br />Blue Cross and Medical Mutual or Kaiser Community Health Foundation <br />Plan, the choice of which will be at the option of the full time employees <br />listed in Section 1 hereof. <br />SECTION 6: That Ordinance 75-223 and 75-251 as previously <br />adopted, and any other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 7: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law, <br />PASSED: ~~ f ~7b <br />ATTEST : ~/~/, ~ <br />NORA T.
