CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 76 - <br />a:~~ <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE GREAT NORTHERN <br />PARTNERSHIP SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Great Northern Partnership <br />Subdivision was approved by the Planning Commission on <br />February 10, 1976, and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision includes a combination of two <br />parcels, namely, Permanent Parcel No. 236-10-16 and No. <br />236-10-2, into four parcels located in the vicinity of <br />Kennedy Ridge Road and Victoria Lane, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City <br />Engineer as being in conformance with resolutions and ordinances <br />of the Citycf North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been advised of the <br />approval of the Planning Commission of the plat of the Great <br />Northern Partnership Subdivision, and also having been advised <br />by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the <br />resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, <br />hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~~, /9~ <br />ATTEST: /' '~~ <br />~` <br />_ 1-- <br />`' v `~ <br />NORA T.
