In computing length of service for the purpose of making pay- <br />ments of longevity increments as hereinabove set forth, no credit <br />shall be given for part time service, but such limitation is <br />only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the <br />exclusion for part time service shall not deprive any employee <br />of any other benefits which may be due them for part time <br />service as employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />D. That there shall be allowed for each bus driver the sum of <br />$100.00 per year for the acquisition of uniforms to be worn <br />while operating a bus for the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />E. That upon-the appointment of a new driver, he shall be allowed <br />the sum of $110.00 for uniforms and accessories for the first <br />year of such appointment. <br />F. That all bus driving employees of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line shall be entitled to certain holidays during the year <br />and shall not be required to work on these holidays unless <br />scheduled to work by the General Manager. In the event the em- <br />ployee works on one of the following holidays, the employee shall <br />receive another day off from work to replace the holiday he <br />worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; <br />Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; <br />Christmas Day; President's Day; and the employee's birthday. <br />G. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, all full time employees of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished at no cost to the <br />employees, accident and health insurance, which insurance shall <br />pay the employee, in the event he is unable to work as a result <br />of an accident or ill health, in the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) <br />per week. Said insurance shall also have accidental and death <br />benefits with the principal sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars <br />($1,500.00). <br />Effective March 3, 1975, the City of North Olmsted shall pay <br />the full amount, single person's rate of the hospitalization cost <br />for unmarried full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the family, <br />the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount toward the <br />cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical <br />Mutual or the full amount toward the Kaiser Community Health <br />Foundation Plan. The employee will bear the cost of any subse- <br />quent increase in the premium for family coverage. <br />H. That all full time bus driving employees of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line shall be entitled to an annual vacation in <br />accordance with the following schedule: <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time <br />service. <br />SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 75-237 and any other ordinances <br />or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />
