CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 76 - <br />BY : c.~. <br />AN ORHIidAP~CE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION THE SDC <br />SUBDIVISION, WHICH INCLUDES DOROTHY DRIVE, MIDVALE <br />AVENUE AND NORTHERN AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council that <br />all of the improvements shown on the improvement plans for Dorothy <br />Drive, Midvale Avenue and Northern Avenue, previously approved <br />by this Council, have been completed in accordance with the plans <br />and specifications shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council does hereby accept for dedication. <br />the following streets or portions of streets designated herein: <br />Dorothy Drive, 3118 feet centerline from its southerly inter- <br />section with Southern Avenue to the center of the cul-de-sac at its <br />northerly terminus. <br />Midvale Avenue, 355 feet centerline distance from its westerly <br />intersection with Dorothy Drive to its easterly intersection with <br />Decker Road. <br />Northern Avenue, 359 feet centerline distance from its westerly <br />intersection with Dorothy Drive to its easterly intersection with <br />Decker Road. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED• o <br />ATTEST: <br />,/~~ <br />~k~~~ <br />NORA T.
