CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />RESOLUTION 74 - /~p !~ <br />BY: <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />GENERAL HEALTH DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 1975, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted under O.R.C. 3709.08 is a <br />member of the General Health District of Cuyahoga County, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted must enter into a contract <br />for the year 1975 for health services to be performed by the <br />Cuyahoga County General Health District; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into <br />a contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit <br />"A", with the Cuyahoga County General Health District to provide <br />health services to the City of North Olmsted from January 1, 1975, <br />through December 31, 1975. <br />SECTION 2: That a copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded <br />to the Director of Finance for authority to pay semi-annual pay- <br />ments under the provisions of this contract. <br />SECTION 3: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of <br />the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason <br />it is immediately necessary for the continuity of health services <br />to the residents of the City of North Olmsted, and further provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members <br />elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~,/~,u,,,,,,~/7~1~1~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
