CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />QED INANCE N0 . 7 4 - ~/„~!~ <br />Page 3 ,/ <br />SECTION 8: The Assistant Superintendent of Maintenance and the <br />Systems Foreman shall be allowed the sum of One Hundred and Thirty Dollars <br />($130.00) per year for the acquisition of, or for the cleaning and <br />maintenance of uniforms worn by them in the performance of their duties. <br />SECTION 9: All full time employees of the Public Works Division <br />shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following <br />schedule: <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service <br />Four ( 4 ) weeks vacation after f fifteen (15 ) years full time service <br />SECTION 10: That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of <br />ordinances or parts of resolutions inconsistent herewith to the pro- <br />visions of this ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 1974-135, <br />enacted October 15, 1974, are hereby repealed with the effective date <br />of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 11: That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to <br />forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Department of Public Service, <br />to the Public Works Commissioner, and the Director of Finance in order <br />that the Director of Finance can pay the compensation as hereinabove <br />set forth. <br />SECTION 12: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary to provide for the position of Plant <br />Operations Foreman, and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~,,,, ~~/7 i971~ <br />ATTEST: <br />jY~ ~ l/k~ <br />NORA T.
