SUPPLEMENTAL PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT made and entered into this <br />~~~day of ,~,~,,~ 1974, by and between the parties hereinafter <br />.designated, for the purchase and sale of property as specified <br />herein. <br />I. The CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, hereinafter referred to as <br />"City", agrees to purchase the following described property from <br />the designated Sellers as hereinafter provided: <br />'A. THE RESIDENTIALLY ZONED PORTIONS OF PERMANENT PARCELS <br />N0. 232-33-24; No. 232-34-1, and No. 232-34-2, OWNED <br />BY EASTLAND ESTATES, INC.* CONTAINING 12.878 ACRES AND <br />DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio, and being known as part of Original <br />Dover Township Lot No. 7 and bounded and described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at an iron pin in a monument box found at the <br />intersection of the centerline of Canterbury Road, 60 feet <br />wide and the centerline of Lorain Road, 80 feet wide; <br />Thence North 68° 27' 40" East along the centerline of <br />Lorain Road, a distance of 839.50 feet to the Southwest <br />corner of land now or formerly conveyed to Jo-Rou <br />Incorporated in Volume 12930, Page 495 of Cuyahoga County <br />Record of Deeds; <br />Thence North Ol° 05' 20" East along the Westerly line of <br />land so conveyed to Jo-Rou Incorporated, a distance of <br />500.00 feet to the Northwest corner of land so conveyed <br />to Jo-Rou Incorporated and the principle place of beginning; <br />Thence North 68° 27' 40" East along the Northerly line of <br />Jo-Rou Incorporated, a distance of 201.39 feet to the North- <br />east corner of land so conveyed to Jo-Rou Incorporated; <br />Thence North 65° 03' 57" East, a distance of 198.90 feet <br />to a point in the Westerly line of land now or formerly <br />conveyed to Michael and Juliette Paradise in Volume 11810, <br />Page 907 of Cuyahoga County Record of Deeds; <br />Thence North 0° 36' 18" East along the Westerly line of <br />land so conveyed to Michael and Juliette Paradise and the <br />Westerly line of the Dan Benuska Subdivision No. 2 as <br />recorded in Volume 153, Page 11 of Cuyahoga County Record <br />of Plats, a distance of 1481.55 feet to a point in the <br />Northerly line of Original Dover Township Lot No. 7; <br />Thence North 89° 58' 02" West along the Northerly line of <br />Original Dover Township Lot No. 7, a distance of 352.16 <br />feet to a point; <br />* and the estate of Fred F. Franklin, Deceased, and <br />the estate of Alex Franklin, Deceased <br />
