CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 74 - ~ ' lp <br />BY• <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY D. J. CALDWELL SUBDIVISION <br />IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of D. J. Caldwell Subdivision has heretofore <br />been filed with the Planning Commission, approved by the Planning <br />Commission and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said subdivision includes two lots, which is derived <br />by subdividing Permanent Parcel No. 231-18-9, and <br />WHEREAS, paid plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been advised of the approval <br />of the Planning Commission of the plat of D. J. Caldwell Subdivision, <br />and having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the <br />requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: /O-/S%,~'~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />G/~ ~ <br />y~ { t~ ~ <br />NORA T.
