CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 74 - /oT~ <br />ORDINANCE APPROVING THE EDITING AND <br />INCLUSION OF PART THREE (TRAFFIC CODE) <br />OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />WHEREAS, various ordinances of a general and permanent nature <br />have been passed which should be included in the Traffic Code, <br />Part Three, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the editing, arrangement <br />following ordinances and parts of ordinances <br />as parts of Part Three (Traffic Code) of the <br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, so as to <br />classification and numbering system of the C~ <br />to wit: <br />and numbering of the <br />are hereby approved <br />Codified Ordinances <br />conform to the <br />edified Ordinances, <br />Ordinance No. 74 - 8, passed January 8,.1974 <br />Codified Sections: 303.99; 351.99; 353.99,.373.99; <br />375.99; and 377.99, all entitled "Penalties" <br />Ordinance No. 74 - 9, passed January 8, 1974 <br />Codified Sections: 333.07 entitled "Peeling Tires and Noisy <br />Exhaust"; <br />333.99 entitled "Penalty". <br />SECTION 2: A copy of such ordinances or parts of ordinances as <br />edited, arranged and numbered or renumbered as parts of the Codified <br />Ordinances is attached to this ordinance in the form of 1974 Replace- <br />ment Pages to the Codified Ordinances. <br />SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after th~~epp earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : l..ri~. ~ <br />ATTEST: <br />~` u <br />G.~ ~ ~:.~ <br />NORA T.
