b, The Grantee, after completing all of the work of <br />road construction, maintenance, repair and/or <br />renewal of said road, water main, storm and sani- <br />tary sewer, shall at its expense, if damage is <br />done to the property of the Grantor not included <br />in the above described easement, restore the <br />premises of the Grantor to the same or as good a <br />condition as said premises were in prior to the <br />commencement of any of such work. <br />c. Said Grantee shall indemnify and save harmless the <br />Grantor from any and alt loss, damage, cost and <br />expense in any manner arising out of or resulting <br />from the construction, maintenance, repair, renewal, <br />and use of said road, water main, storm sewer and <br />sanitary sewer. <br />d. That if in the future planning of said road, water <br />main, storm sewer and sanitary sewer is abandoned <br />or discontinued, or if said road, water main, storm <br />sewer and sanitary sewer is r~noved from the premises <br />herein described, then the. easement herein granted <br />shall i~nediately case and determine and the <br />property through which said easement is granted <br />shall be freed of said easement without further <br />acts or deeds of the parties hereto. <br />e.
