J,~,~/ <br />Aid ORDI~IAi~CL~ AUTHORIZIidG AP3D DIRECTING Tf•IE CA"tE.'T~,I•Z.:4TIO1 <br />OF SPi:,G, ,PSSESSMENTS ON CBRTAIN P1~,RMA;<iEii<T PAP.~,~.w'~,'S <br />BEING AN ASS~~:"SMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS A~'~' <br />SPEG;:I~'ICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS , AND DECLAR.%iVi~ ATd <br />EASERGE~iCY . <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga Coui:ty <br />fcr the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, the following persons have paid in full the future payments for <br />special assessments on certain parcels as set forth below: <br />236-4-47 Smith 4817 Fleharty 13,56 <br />236-16-3 Owner 24841 Sunset Oval 8.76 <br />233-19-25 Brady Whitehaven 18,84. <br />237-19-27 Owner 24074 Mastick 37.44 <br />235-24-5 Mack 26199 Butternut Ridge 28.80 <br />231-7-44 Weekley 23533 Westchester 27.86 <br />237-5-13 Walsh 23987 Lorain 21.96 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />O:.msted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1971 through 1979, inclusive <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />s a_wers . <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such assess- <br />ments on said parcels. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary far the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on certaia permanent parcels <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section S: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />A TTEST: <br />~~~ <br />_ ~L~~~~S.~C <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: 7 / ' ~ , <br />~"Iayor <br />E <br />re ident of Gouacil <br />i <br />
