,mod <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 74 - <br />Page 2 <br />Thence N. 0° 00' 16" W., along said Southerly prolongation, <br />a distance of 132.57 feet to the Southeasterly corner of <br />land conveyed to The North Olmsted Lumber Company in <br />Volume 3402 Page 346; <br />Thence S. 89° 59' 44" W., along the Southerly line of land <br />conveyed to The North Olmsted Lumber Company in Volume 3402 <br />Page 346, a distance of 96.10 feet to the place of beginning <br />be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of this Council be and she is hereby <br />directed to cause a notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given <br />pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of Article IV of the <br />Charter of this City. <br />SECTION 3: That the Engineer of this City shall amend said <br />Zoning Map of North Olmsted so that when amended, said Zoning Map <br />will disclose that the premises described in Section 1 hereof shall <br />be revised by changing the zoning of said described lands from <br />Single Family Residence District "B" to General Retail Business <br />District, and that said parcel of land may be thereafter used in <br />accordance with the use of the district permitted by the Zoning Code <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 4: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law and the <br />Charter of this City. <br />PASSED;' ~ ~ 4 <br />ATTEST: <br />NORA T.
