r <br />~, <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 74 - 84 <br />BY: c~ <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF <br />THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE <br />PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM "A" <br />RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO MULTIPLE RESIDENCE <br />DISTRICT, AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the zoning that applies to the below <br />described real property is improper under the conditions presently <br />existing and inadequate for the development and use of this land, and <br />WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the Planning Commission of <br />this City on the 28th day of May, 1974, recommended approval of the <br />change of the district herein specified; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That after submission of this ordinance to the <br />Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, <br />and after a Public Bearing hereon, notice of which has been given <br />pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of this City, <br />entitled "The Council" - "Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and <br />Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter <br />of this City and its approval by the Mayor of this City of North <br />Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended, and as <br />amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning <br />of the following described land from "A" Residence District to <br />Multiple Residence District: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original <br />Olmsted Township Lot No. 37, Tract No.~6 and part of <br />Original Dover Township Lot No. 10 together forming a <br />parce~,of land bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning on the Easterly line of Parcel No. 1 of land <br />conveyed to Frank J. Niznik and Elizabeth M. Niznik, by <br />deed recorded in Volume 6843, Page 613 of Cuyahoga County <br />Records of Deeds at a point distant N. 0° 57. 50" E., <br />measured along said Easterly line 195.00 feet from the <br />Northwesterly line of Mastick Road, 60 feet wide; <br />Thence N. 0° 57" 50" E., along the Easterly line of land so <br />conveyed to Frank and Elizabeth Niznik, about 194.87 feet <br />to the Southeasterly line of the present Multi-Family <br />Zoning bistrict; <br />Thence Northeasterly, along the Southeasterly curved line <br />of the present Multi-Family Zoning District, a distance of <br />283.09 feet on the arc of a circle deflecting to the left, <br />whose radius is 5361.07 feet and whose chord bears N. <br />69° 43" 30" E., a distance of 283.01 feet to a point of <br />tangency; <br />
