CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 74 - ~~j <br />.: <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING APPROPRIATIONS <br />FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES <br />FOR THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO FOR THE <br />YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1974, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the Finance Director be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to transfer appropriations as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />FROM <br />Police Equipment Repair.......$2,200 <br />NOACA ......................... 2,200 <br />TO <br />Police Equipment Purchase.....$2,200 <br />Codified Ordinances........... 2,200 <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an <br />attested copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 3. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized to <br />draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approved <br />by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or <br />Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall <br />be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority <br />of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided, further that the <br />appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of <br />two-thirds voxe of Council for items of expense constituting a legal obligation <br />against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other <br />specific appropriations herein made. <br />Section 4.
