The departure of the vendor's vehicle from the place <br />where a sale is made before any persons under twelve <br />years have made purchases or have attempted to make <br />purchases have reached a place of safety. <br />The acts and conduct specified in this section shall also be a misdemeanor <br />punishable in accordance with the penalties provided in Codified Ordi- <br />nance 737.99. <br />737.07 Crying of Wares. <br />No peddler of frozen desserts shall cry his wares in a loud voice or <br />use any noise-producing device other than a soft chime, the limit of <br />audibility of which shall be one hundred feet from the source of <br />such sounds, nor shall any peddler commit any breach of peace in <br />crying his wares or soliciting the sale of his products. <br />737.08 Penalty. <br />Whoever violates this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor <br />and in addition to all of the other penalties provided in this chapter, <br />shall be fined not exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
