CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 74 - (o BY : /.~.~„Z.rr = -~-.~ AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM"A"RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "B" RESIDENCE DISTRICT. WHEREAS, it appears that the zoning that applies to the below described real property is imporoper under the conditions presently existing and inadequate for the development and use of this land, and WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the Planning Commission of this City on the 12th day of March, 1974, recommended approval of the change of the district herein specified; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION l: That after submission of this ordinance to the Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of this City, entitled "The Council" - "Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City and its approval by the Mayor of this City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended, and as amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following described land from "A" Residence District to "B" Residence District: Situated in the City of North OLmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being all of City Line Estates Subdivision No.'s 2 and 3 as recorded in Volume 198, Pages 67 and 68, a part of Original Olmsted Township, Lot No.'s 8 and 9, Tract No. 6, bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the intersection of the center line of Barton Road, (60 feet wide), with the Southerly line of City Line Estates Subdivision No. 2; Thence North 89° 57' 19" East along the Southerly line of City Line Estates Subdivision, a distance of 906.03 feet to a point; Thence North 2° 53' 29" East along the Easterly line of Sublot No. 27, a distance of 167.22 feet to the Southerly line of Glenwood Drive, (60 feet wide); Thence North 89° 57' 19" East along the Southerly line of Glenwood Drive 238.59 feet to a point; Thence South 0° 02' 41" East along the Westerly line of Sublot No. 46, a distance of 157.00 feet to a point; Thence South 12° 05' 49" West a distance of 10.23 feet to the Southerly line of City Line Estates Sub- division No. 2; Thence North 89° 57' 19" East a distance of 689.14 feet to a point; Thence North 1° 16' 23" East along the Easterly line of City'Line Estates Subdivision No. 2 a distance of 517.09 feet to a point; Thence North 65° 22' 47" West along the Northerly line of City Line Estates Subdivision 663.90 feet to an angle point; Thence North 88° 58' 05" West a distance of 1234.05 feet to the center line of Barton Road; Thence South 1° 00' 00" West along the center line of Barton Road 200.00 feet to a point; Thence South 89° 00' 00" West along the Southerly line of Sublot No. 8, 250.00 feet to a point; Thence South 1° 00' 00" West a distance of 200.00 feet to a point; Thence North 89° 00' 00" West a distance of 250.00 feet to the center line of Barton Road; Thence South 1° 00' 00" West a distance of 417.33 feet to the principal place of begin- ning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
