<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 74 - (o <br />BY : /.~.~„Z.rr <br />= -~-.~ <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT <br />OF THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE <br />PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM"A"RESIDENCE <br />DISTRICT TO "B" RESIDENCE DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the zoning that applies to the below <br />described real property is imporoper under the conditions presently <br />existing and inadequate for the development and use of this land, and <br />WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the Planning Commission <br />of this City on the 12th day of March, 1974, recommended approval <br />of the change of the district herein specified; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That after submission of this ordinance to the <br />Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, <br />and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given <br />pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of this City, <br />entitled "The Council" - "Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and <br />Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter <br />of this City and its approval by the Mayor of this City of North <br />Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted is hereby amended, and as <br />amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning <br />of the following described land from "A" Residence District to <br />"B" Residence District: <br />Situated in the City of North OLmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio, and known as being all of City Line <br />Estates Subdivision No.'s 2 and 3 as recorded in Volume 198, <br />Pages 67 and 68, a part of Original Olmsted Township, Lot <br />No.'s 8 and 9, Tract No. 6, bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning in the intersection of the center line of Barton <br />Road, (60 feet wide), with the Southerly line of City Line <br />Estates Subdivision No. 2; Thence North 89° 57' 19" East along <br />the Southerly line of City Line Estates Subdivision, a distance <br />of 906.03 feet to a point; Thence North 2° 53' 29" East along <br />the Easterly line of Sublot No. 27, a distance of 167.22 feet <br />to the Southerly line of Glenwood Drive, (60 feet wide); Thence <br />North 89° 57' 19" East along the Southerly line of Glenwood <br />Drive 238.59 feet to a point; Thence South 0° 02' 41" East <br />along the Westerly line of Sublot No. 46, a distance of 157.00 <br />feet to a point; Thence South 12° 05' 49" West a distance of <br />10.23 feet to the Southerly line of City Line Estates Sub- <br />division No. 2; Thence North 89° 57' 19" East a distance of <br />689.14 feet to a point; Thence North 1° 16' 23" East along <br />the Easterly line of City'Line Estates Subdivision No. 2 a <br />distance of 517.09 feet to a point; Thence North 65° 22' 47" <br />West along the Northerly line of City Line Estates Subdivision <br />663.90 feet to an angle point; Thence North 88° 58' 05" West <br />a distance of 1234.05 feet to the center line of Barton Road; <br />Thence South 1° 00' 00" West along the center line of Barton <br />Road 200.00 feet to a point; Thence South 89° 00' 00" West <br />along the Southerly line of Sublot No. 8, 250.00 feet to a <br />point; Thence South 1° 00' 00" West a distance of 200.00 feet <br />to a point; Thence North 89° 00' 00" West a distance of 250.00 <br />feet to the center line of Barton Road; Thence South 1° 00' 00" <br />West a distance of 417.33 feet to the principal place of begin- <br />ning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br />
