<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 74 - G.~ <br />BY: <br />HN UKU1NANl:~ HU'1'riVtC1L,1Nl~ '1'ri~ !"1LiY V1C '1"V <br />CONVEY TO A THIRD PERSON A CITY-O~tTNED <br />PARCEL OF LAND IN THE CITY LINE ESTATES <br />SUBDIVISION AND TO ACCEPT BACK SAID <br />PARCEL CONTAINING DEED RESTRICTIONS WITH <br />RESPECT TO SIZE OF HOUSE BUILT ON "B" SINGLE <br />FAMILY RESIDENCE LOT. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of North Olmsted at <br />its meeting of March 12, 1974, recommended a rezoning of the property <br />known as City Line Estates from "A" Single Family Residence to "B" <br />Single Family Residence, and <br />WHEREAS, it was the recommendation of the Planning Commission <br />that the rezoning be accomplished only if the developer of said sub- <br />division agreed to construct the minimum size structure governed by <br />"A" Single Family Residence zoning on the newly rezoned "B." Single <br />Family Residence lots, and <br />WHEREAS, the Building, Zoning and Development Committee of <br />Council agrees with the recommendation of the Planning Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to convey the lot now owned <br />by the City in said subdivision to a third party, who will in turn re- <br />convey said parcel back to the City at the time deed restrictions are <br />placed on all lots; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Mayor be and he is authorized to convey to <br />a third party a parcel of land owned by the City in the City Line <br />Estates Subdivision. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he is authorized to accept a <br />deed containing restrictions whereby all Single Family "B" Residence <br />lots have constructed thereon the minimum square footage required by <br />"A" Single Family Residence lots. <br />SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: 1!~ <br />ATTEST: <br />~ ~ ~ <br />NORA T.
