<br />' The Grantor herein reserves the right to fully use and enjoy

<br />enjoyment by the grantee of the easement herein granted. The con-.
<br />'~struction of structures as defined in the Grantee's Building Code,'
<br />;'except public utilities, is prohibited directly over the storm

<br />~~drain. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, Grantor
<br />shall have the right to build an apartment building and structures;
<br />over the following described portion of the easement and storm
<br />drain:
<br />Situated in The City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga '
<br />and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original
<br />Dover Township Lots Nos. 9 and 10 and bounded and described
<br />as follows:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly line of
<br />Brookpark Road, 160 feet wide, and the Easterly line of
<br />Grace Road, 60 feet wide;
<br />Thence N. 89° 46' 00" E., along the Northerly line of
<br />Brookpark Road, a distance of :132.95 feet;

<br />E Thence Easterly along the Northerly curved line of Brook-
<br />~' ark Road a distance of 214 4:3 feet on the arc of a

<br />~~ circle deflecting to the left whose radius is 4381.07
<br />feet and whose chord bears S. 88° 29' 43" W., a distance
<br />~i of 214.41 feet to the principle place of beginning of
<br />~' the parcel herein described; said parcel being a strip
<br />~~ of land 15.00 feet wide, 7.5 feet on either side of a
<br />sewer along the following described center line;

<br />"~ Grantee shall have the right to change the size of its storm ,
<br />lldrain, the damages, if any, in making such change to be paid by
<br />the Grantee.
