'~. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74 - ~9 <br />BY • Gt.a.~,~c.... <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY DE WERTH SUBDIVISION <br />IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of DeWerth Subdivision has heretofore been <br />filed with the Planning Commission, approved by the Planning <br />Commission and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision divides Permanent Parcel No. <br />232-11-7 and thereby creates two separate parcels, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been advised of the <br />approval of the Planning Commission of the plat of DeWerth Subdivision, <br />and having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the <br />requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North <br />Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED- <br />ATTEST: <br />G~~~ <br />NORA T.
