<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74 - ~~ <br />BY• <br />/'~•~/• <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY SOUTHERN AVENUE RE-SUBDIVISION NUMBER 1 <br />IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of Southern Avenue Re-Subdivision Number 1 <br />has heretofore been filed with the Planning Commission, approved by <br />the Planning Commission and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said re-subdivision creates a new lot by subdividing <br />the rear portions of Permament Parcel Numbers 235-8-20 and 235-8-21, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been advised of the approval <br />of the Planning Commission of the plat of Southern Avenue Re-Subdivision <br />Number 1, and having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets <br />the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED• <br />ATTEST: <br />_ ~~ <br />NORA T.
