`" <br />°*3;. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />• RESOLUTION NO. 74 - '~'~ <br />/~ <br />BY: <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY BARYON WOODS SUBDIVISION NUMBER 1 IN THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of BARYON WOODS SUBDIVISION NUMBER 1 has <br />heretofore been filed with the Planning Commission, approved by <br />the Planning Commission and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision includes portions of Permanent Parcel <br />Numbers 233-3-5, 233-3-6, 233-3-7 and 233-3-8, fronting on Barton Road, <br />which when subdivided constitutes four lots, and <br />WHEREAS, the Council recognizes that the Planning Commission's <br />approval was subject to the sale of the rear portions of said hereto- <br />fore listed permanent parcel numbers to the Metropolitan Park Board, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been advised of the approval <br />of the Planning Commission of the plat of Barton Woods Subdivision <br />Number 1, and having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets <br />the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only, <br />subject to the sale of the rear portions of Permanent Parcel Numbers <br />233-3-5, 233-3-6, 233-3-7 and 233-3-8. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED • Lc. <br />ATTEST: <br />L/~~C,rt~/ ~/. <br />NORA T.
