.e~.: <br />BY: f~ + <br />~ct..-- <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74 - / <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY SANDY RIDGE SUBDIVISION <br />NO. 10 IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED,, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 10 has <br />heretofore been filed with the Planning Commission, approved by <br />the Planning Commission and referred to Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision includes Marquette Blvd., Forest- <br />wood Parkway, a portion of Dogwood Trail, 421.06 feet, Lisa Lane, <br />and Lauren Lane, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council having been advised of the approval <br />of the Planning Commission of the plat of the Sandy Ridge Subdivision <br />No. 10, and having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets <br />the requirements of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public <br />health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that through <br />inadvertence, although the plans were approved, no legislation was <br />prepared, which has caused unnecessary hardship on the developer of <br />the said subdivision, and further provided it receives the affirma- <br />tive vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ .!""%~~'~ <br />ATTEST: <br />NORA T.
