<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 74 -~r~,r <br />BY ~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 139.18 <br />ENTITLED "COPIES OF REPORTS; CHARGES" <br />OF CHAPTER 139 ENTITLED "I3EPARTMENT OF <br />PUBLIC SAFETY" OF THE A]~SxNISTRATIVE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That Section 139.18 entitled "Copies of Reports; <br />Charges" of Chapter 139 entitled "Department of Public Safety" <br />of the Administrative Code of the City of North Olmsted be and the <br />same is hereby amended, and as amended shall read as follows: <br />"139.18 COPIES OF REPORTS; CHARGES. <br />The Police Department is authorized to make duplicate copies <br />of accident reports and other proper police material for the use of <br />insurance companies, attorneys or other proper persons. They shall <br />charge Four Dollars ($4.00) per page for the initial report and <br />One Dollar ($1.00) for each additional side or sides of page or <br />pages for such service, the proceeds from the sale of such service <br />to be credited to the General Fund." <br />SECTION 2: That Section 139.18 as previously adopted, and <br />any other ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith <br />are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED • ,fT / A~'~ <br />ATTEST: <br />-/I1// ~' <br />NORA T.
