CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 75 - ~ ~~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 705.02 <br />ENTITLED "ADVERTISING PRICES" OF CHAPTER <br />705 ENTITLED "EYEGLASS ADVERTISING" OF <br />THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, This Council has determined that Section 705.02 <br />entitled "Advertising Prices" of Chapter 705 entitled "Eyeglass <br />Advertising of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted <br />has the affect of stifling competition with respect to the advertising <br />of prices for eye glasses, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the determination of this Council that said <br />section has outlived its usefulness and should be repealed; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 705.02 entitled "Advertising <br />Prices" of Chapter 705 entitled "Eyeglass Advertising" of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted be and the same <br />is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~ <br />ATTEST: <br />NO T.
