CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />e:- <br />RESOLUTION N0. 75 - ~2~,2, <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE HELEN S. BROWN SUB- <br />DIVISION IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Helen S. Brown Subdivision was approved <br />by the Planning Commission on November 11, 1975, and referred to <br />Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision includes <br />namely, Permanent Parcel No. 236-3-12 and <br />ce1 located on Lorain Road in the area of <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approve <br />being in conformance with resolutions and <br />North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />a combination of two parcels, <br />No. 236-6-18, into one par- <br />Great Northern Boulevard, <br />~d by the City Engineer as <br />ordinances of the City of <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this <br />approval of the Planning Come <br />Subdivision, and also having <br />it meets the requirements of <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, <br />purposes only. <br />Council having been advised of the <br />nission of the plat of the Helen S.
