CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BY : G~Gv. /f~c.~" <br />ORDINANCE N0. 75 - ~ ~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN IMPREST <br />PETTY CASH FUND WITHIN THE RECREATION <br />CENTER COMPLEX OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECT-ION 1: That there is hereby established a petty cash <br />fund of Ezght Hundred Dollars ($800.00) within the Recreation <br />Center Complex to be controlled exclusively by the Recreation <br />Center Manager; all payments made out of the petty cash fund shall <br />be verified by a receipt, and upon presentation to the Director <br />of Finance the petty cash fund will be reimbursed for the amount paid <br />out so that there will be maintained a petty cash fund of Eight <br />Hundred Dollars ($800.00). <br />SECTION 2: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary to prove petty cash for the operation <br />of the Recreation Complex Center, and further provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : /~/L/7~ <br />ATTEST: <br />NORA T.
