In computing length of service for the purpose of making payments of longevity increments as hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be given for part-time service, but such limita- tion is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the exclusion for part-time service shall not deprive any employee of any other benefits which may be due them for part- time service as employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. D. That there shall be allowed for each bus driver the sum of $100.00 per year for the acquisition of uniforms to be worn while operating a bus for the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. E. That upon the appointment of a new driver, he shall be allowed the sum of $.110.00 for uniforms and accessories for the first year of such appointment. F. That all bus driving employees of the North Olmsted Muni- cipal Bus Line shall be entitled to certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on these holidays unless scheduled to work by the General Manager. In the event the employee works on one of the following holidays, the employee shall receive another day off from work to replace the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas. Day; President's Day and the employee's birthday. G. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, all full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, shall be furnished, at no cost to the employees, accident and health insurance, which insurance shall pay the employee, in the event he is unable to work as a result of an accident or ill health, in the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per week. Said insurance shall also have accidental and death benefits with the principal sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00). Effective March 3, 1975, the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's rate of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the family, the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount toward the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual or the full amount toward the Kaiser Community Health 'goundation Plan. The employee will bear the cost of any subsequent increase in the premium for family coverage. H. That all full time bus Olmsted Municipal Bus Line vacation in accordance with driving employees of the North shall be entitled to an annual the following schedule: Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service. Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 75-219 and any other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
