CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 75- ~,3(, <br />Page 3 <br />hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual or <br />the full amount toward the Kaiser Community Health Founda- <br />tion Plan. The employee will bear the cost of any subse- <br />quent increase in the premium for family coverage. <br />That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in <br />the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, all full time employees <br />of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished, <br />at no cost to the employees, accident and health insurance, <br />which insurance shall pay the employee in the event he is <br />unable to work as a result of an accident or ill health, the <br />sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00) per week. Said insurance <br />shall also have accidental death and death benefits with <br />the principal sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00). <br />SECTION 2: That Ordinance No. 75-220 and any other <br />ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are <br />hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That the Clerk of Council be and she is <br />here y erected to forward copies of this ordinance to the <br />Finance Director, the Service Director and the General <br />Manager of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line. <br />SECTION 4: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preser- <br />vation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to provide <br />for the continuity of services of the North Olmsted Muni- <br />cipal Bus Line, and further provided it receives the affirma- <br />tive vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: / ~ .~ _ <br />ATTEST: <br />G~~J <br />Nora T.
