CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75 -~.~~ <br />BY: <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY THE PELECH SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Pelech Subdivision was <br />approved by the Planning Commission on October 14, 1975, <br />and referred to Council; and <br />jJHEREAS, said Subdivision includes a combination of <br />three parcels; namely, Permanent Parcel Nos. 231-26-8, <br />231-26-17 and 231-26-34 into one parcel located on Lorain <br />Road near the intersection of Clague Road; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City <br />Engineer as being in conformance with resolutions and <br />ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been advised of the <br />approval of the Planning Commission of the plat of the Pelech <br />Subdivision, and also having been advised by the City Engineer <br />that it meets the requirements of the resolutions and ordinances <br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, hereby approves said <br />plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: % ~~' <br />ATTEST: <br />G~~ .~ ~ <br />NORA T.
