CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO . 7 5 - ~~ <br />BY : _~I~ <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY THE QUALITY CONCRETE SUBDIVISION <br />IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Quality Concrete Subdivision <br />was approved by the Planning Commission on October 14, 1975, <br />and referred to Council; and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision includes a division of one <br />lot into two lots, namely Permanent Parcel No. 232-3-16 <br />located on Martin Drive in the area of Porter Road; and <br />WHEREAS, .said plat has been approved by the City <br />Engineer as being in conformance with resolutions and <br />ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council having been advised of the <br />approval of t e Planning Commission of the plat of the Quality <br />Concrete Subdivision, and also having been advised by the City <br />Engineer that it meets the requirements of the resolutions <br />and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, hereby <br />approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution shall take effect and <br />be in force .rom and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~~~/('~ <br />ATTEST: <br />NORA T.
