CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 75- ~.Z <br />Page 3 <br />J. PATCH AND FREE STYLE SESSIONS <br />$.50 - $2.00 per person, per session <br />K. EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS <br />At such time as the facility is not otherwise scheduled, prior <br />to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, the rate for a City or parochial school <br />and North Olmsted recreation program shall be $30 to $45 per hour for the <br />hockey rink and $10 to $25 for the studio rink per hour. <br />SECTION 5: The Recreation Center Manager shall publish the fee <br />schedule so established and post same in a conspicuous place in the building <br />lobby. All fees so collected shall be deposited into a special fund set up <br />for the Recreation Center and shall be exclusively devoted to the purpose of <br />the Recreation Center. <br />SECTION 6: The Recreation Center Manager shall, from time to time, <br />review fee schedules as set forth herein and recommend any changes which shall <br />be deemed necessary along with the reasons therefor to the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission of the City of North Olmsted. Upon approval of said changes the <br />Parks and Recreation Commission shall recommend said changes to the Council of <br />the City of North Olmsted for approval. The Recreation Center Manager shall, <br />however, have the discretion to adjust the fee schedule for special events and <br />promotional purposes on a limited basis and shall inform the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission of such adjustments. The Recreation Center rlanager shall also establish <br />spectator admission charges, set prices on merchandise, and other services offered <br />for sale. The Recreation Center Manager may pay to the sponsoring organizations <br />not more than fifty percent (50%) of the spectator admission charges derived <br />from the event so sponsored. <br />SECTION 7: That Ordinance No. 75-197 is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 8: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety, <br />and welfare, and for the further reason that it is necessary to establish rates <br />and fees at this time so that the same may be published prior to the opening of <br />the Recreation Center on November 1, 1975 and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: /~~~tx/~Jlyd~ <br />ATTEST: <br />~ ~ ~~ <br />NORA T.
