Accessory <br />parking facilities required. by uses described in Items <br />(C) to (M), inclusiv®, of the schedule set forth in <br />,~ Section 1212.02 shall be on the same lot as use re- <br />quiring the facility. If no such adjacent land is <br />available, the Planning Commission may approve parking <br />:~ facilities on an adjacent lot if located within an <br />average walking distance of 250 feet of the entrance <br />of building to be served. <br />(C) Businesg D,istrict,~,_s aid t7~se_s_.
