<br /> <br />1167.02 Establishment of Regulations and Districts <br />''°~ In order to carry out the purposes and intent expressed in <br />:~ Section 1167.01, an Office-Residential District and regulations <br />hereinafter described are hereby established. <br />1167.03 Permitted Uses <br />Buildings and land in an Office-Residential District shall be <br />designed, created, altered, or intended for only those uses <br />specifically designated below as Office-Residential uses: <br />~' (A) Main Uses <br />(1) Business offices used for: <br />(a) Real Estate, insurance, sales provided <br />no retail sale of goods is sold on <br />premises or other similar offices <br />(b) Offices for architects, clergymen, engineers, <br />lawyers, dentists, doctors, or other <br />established recognized professions. <br />All Residential uses as specified in Sections <br />(2) <br />1151.01, 1151,011, 1151,02, 1151.03, 1151.05 <br />(B} Accessory Uses <br />(1) Retail establishments used in conjunction with the <br />permitted uses enumerated in part (b) of section <br />(A) (1) hereof. And further provided that Planning <br />Commission approve any such contemplated use. <br />(2) With respect to Residential uses all accessory <br />uses where applicable as specified in 1151.05 <br />of this Code. <br />(3) Off street parking.. <br />_~ <br />1167.04 Height and Density Regulations <br />~ (A) All buildings of the type specified in 1167.03 (A)(1) of <br />this Zoning Code shall have a height of no more than two stories, <br />or twenty (20) feet. <br />(B) All buildings of the type specified in 1167.03 (A)(2) of <br />'~ this Zoning Code shall have a height of no more than that specified in <br />Chapter 1155 of this Zoning Code as it applies to those allowable <br />~' permitted uses. <br />o <br />- 47 - <br /> <br />.., _.. <br />,_h .
