<br /> <br />tC) ACCessor Uses Permitted <br />- . ,...Y_..._... <br />Any accessory use such as storage of goods or <br />processing operations which are clearly inci- <br />;~ dental to co~uctinq a retail business, office, <br />or service establishment, which is permitted <br />,~ as a main use, provided such a use has no <br />injurious effect on adjoining residential <br />` districts: <br />1. Accessory off-street parking and loading <br />facilities as required in Chapter 1212 of <br />this Code. <br />2. Signs: business, professional nameplates, <br />directional, real estate and project, <br />subject to the regulations as set forth <br />in Chapter 1221 of this Code. <br />1171.04 Use Regulations: Mayor Business District <br />Buildings and land shall be used, and buildings shall <br />be designed, erected, altered, moved or maintained in whole or <br />in part in Major Business Districts only for the uses set forth <br />in the following schedules and regulations: <br />(A). Main Buildings and Uses Permitted <br />1. Offices, stores, services and other use classifi- <br />cations as permitted in both Limited Business <br />Districts and General Business Districts with <br />the additional height of building$ permitted as <br />more specifically set out in Chapter 1174: <br />of this Zoning Code. <br />(B) Similar Main Uses Permitted <br />'~` Any other general business store, shop or service <br />not listed above or in any subsequent use classifi- <br />cation and determined as similar by the Planning <br />Commission in accordance with the standards set <br />forth in Section 1174.01 of this Code. <br /> <br />-61- <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
