;~~, <br />maintaining and improving the general character of the municipality; <br />to promote health, safety, comfort, convenience and general welfare; <br />and thus to provide the economic and social advantages resulting <br />from an orderly planned use of these large parcels of land. <br />CHAPTER 1202 - AREA USES AND STANDARDS IN MIXED <br />USE DISTRICTS <br />1202.01 Minimum Required Area <br />The minimum required area for a plan of development of a parcel <br />of land sha21 be not less than ten acres. <br />1202,02 Uses Permitted <br />Any of the following uses as defined in Sections 1202.03, <br />1202,04, 1202.05, and Chapters 1204 and 1205 shall be permitted: <br />Garden Apartments <br />Multiple Dwelling <br />Administrative and Professional <br />Class A Hi-Rise Residential <br />Class B Hi-Rise Business Office and Professional Uses <br />Class C Hi-Rise Residential <br />1202.03 Multiple Dwelling <br />There shall be permitted only the multiple dwelling uses <br />permitted in a Multiple Dwelling District subject to the same <br />terms, provisions, conditions, and limitations imposed upon such <br />uses by Chapters 1151 to and including 1163 of the Zoning Code. <br />1202.04 Park Administrative and Professional <br />The following uses shall be permitted: Hospitals, medical <br />clinics, non-manufacturing development laboratories, research <br />laboratories, academic and professional schools, retail stores <br />- 79 - <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
